Who this is for
The public website is marketing and documentation. The hosted dashboard is a private workspace for its configured owner. The iPhone and Android apps pair a phone on your private network with Symphony running on your Mac. They are not a public social network and they do not create a Symphony user account on the phone.
Public website
The public pages do not use advertising trackers or newsletter signup forms. Hosting logs such as IP address, time and requested URL may be recorded by the server and TLS provider for security and reliability. The AI-readable index and MCP tools expose only the public product pages. They cannot reach the dashboard, conversations or model tools.
Owner dashboard
Sign-in uses the owner email and password you set on your Mac. The password is stored as a hash on that Mac, not on this website. Conversation history, attachments, provider credentials and project files stay on the connected Mac. The hosted dashboard is a browser front end over an authenticated connection. Model providers receive the context needed for a request you send; their own terms apply to that processing.
Phone apps
The phone apps store the pairing code on the device (Android private app storage, iPhone Keychain). They connect only to the private host in that pairing code and pin its certificate. They do not collect contacts, location, photos, advertising identifiers or analytics. Clearing the pairing removes that stored code. The apps do not work without Symphony running on a computer you control on a network you control.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not use the phone apps or dashboard for cross-site advertising. We do not offer public self-service accounts on this site. Children under 13 are not the intended audience.
Retention and requests
Public server logs are kept only as long as needed to operate and secure the site. Owner workspace data is retained on your Mac until you delete it there. To ask a question about this policy, email cs@apeironcorp.com. We will update this page when the product’s data practices change.
